Why are users not able to access my site by going to www.thespiritofpraise.com but have no problems when leaving out the www & just entering thespiritofpraise.com?:dunno:

I think the problem was caused by a slight problem with the DNS entries for your domain. I have made some changes, please tell me if it has worked or not.
(Note: It may take couple of hours for the changes to take effect.)

Yes, that did the trick. What did you do...was it something that I missed or on the admin side?

If you set your domain with the www that often causes issues.

The 'www' CNAME record was missing so I added it back in.
