I really like like the template. There are a few issues,
Edit: Also your forums probably need to have a similar default template to the rest of the site, as well as a link back to the main site (possibly through the logo, which also needs changing).
- 'Pilot Handbook', 'vAJM History', 'Strategic Imperatives' , 'Join vAJM!' and a bunch of other pages are missing.
- More importantly the home link is broken it should be 'index.php' not 'index.htm'.

The airline picture makes what appears to be placeholder text hard to read. Need to replace that text, I think.
The home link gives a file not found error, somehow. Maybe it should go to index.php instead?
Clicking through, and that background airline still makes things annoying to read.
Got tired of trying to find non-broken links after a while, so I can't really give an actual review. Sorry.
