First, try reading
this update posted yesterday. As stated there, if you are on Fris then there have been some data inconsistencies between the x10 systems and cPanel due to a constraint within the cPanel system meaning one may think your suspended whilst the other may not, which could be the cause of the problem you are seeing. It does seem odd that is is redirecting you to a 'x10lotus' error page considering Lotus no longer exists, but I considering Lotus was moved to Fris I would assume that it is just a remnant from the migration process. This is probably also why the suspended page is showing up as a 404 page too, as it cannot find the file it is looking for when it should be redirecting to the
Fris suspension page.
As stated, try posting this in free hosting, either that or a moderator may move it for you otherwise.
