hello i made a mistake by removing my .htaccess file from my public folder and right now i can't open any window on my web...I wanted to ask is it posible for you to create it or something ..Sorry for my english

Just create it yourself by creating a new text file. Name it new.htaccess and upload it. Then rename it to .htaccess (without any file name).

.htaccess is basically a text (.txt) file with a different extension and no name so it becomes a hidden dot file.
