I am a Noob, and need help - Database

I am using x10Hosting to host a wordpress website.

when trying to log into my wordpress admin i get the following error "One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired."

i think the issue is something in "myadminphp > databases > wp-options"

where I changed the option_name and option_value of two fields. how can i fix?

As the OP of this thread you can 'close' it

At the top of this thread is a 'pull down' - [ Administrative ] click on it - select [ Close Thread ] with a dot - then click on [ Proceed ]
