I am first time user. How can I post my PHP code and create mySQL database

I an first time user. How can I post my PHP code and create mySQL database. I tried to link to Cpannel and got error message - Invalide log in

Please help

I will need more information. Like cpanel user name and domain name url.

I already got email and the URL to login to my cpannel. However when I click the URL, I always got the message " Page can not be displayed".

I did not find any information about how I can post my PHP code and create my SQL database.

I do appreciate any help
