I am getting Fatal error in my web site

I am getting error :-
Fatal error: Call to a member function getParam() on a non-object in /home/gsham/public_html/inc/db.inc.php on line 83

How can I solve it please help me?

I see a Boonex website which is loading without any errors.
You may wish to clear your browser cache and see if that helps.
