I am logging into forums but i am still suspended

My website www.tgmc.info is often suspended and the suspension report says that inactivity in forums. But i am logging into forums regularly. So please unsuspend. Thank you:lockd:

As long as you are sure you are logging in to the forums at least once every 2 weeks, then this is probably a fault which has also happened to some other people during the server upgrades.

If it continues, you will need to get a Support ticket. It is unlikely anyone reading this section will be able to help you - only Support can do that.

What is your hosting account username?

That happens to me as well.

My website (ssg.x10hosting.com) is suspended, but in the account panel it says that my account is currently in good standing (hosting account username same as forum username).
