hi guys i decide to sell my website and i want to know how to do this coz site is linked to my forum account can nayone tell me the procedure to do this effectivly what things i have to do to transfer my site to someone else

Erm - they would need to register and login here at least once every two weeks, the hosting account would need to be transferred to their forum account. Only you, the owner, may access the cpanel as per TOS.

I say if you're selling the website, download all the files and a backup of the sql databases (if any), zip them up into a rar, and transfer -that- to your customer.

Won't involve you possibly getting on the wrong side of the TOS, because you're still the only one accessing your account - they'd have to get their own somewhere to put the files on, but it's one way to do this if the uppers say it's against TOS to sell your x10 account altogether

I don't see anything wrong with selling your website.. And, yes as far as the forum login they would have to get a forum account and we could re-link the account to it, or pay for the inactivity timer for a year.
