I am suspended for high resource usage and i am requesting un-suspension, also can you please tell me what caused it?

If you use Wordpress, Joomla or some other type of CMS, you may have a plugin that's taking up a lot of system resources. Try removing some of your plugins and see if that helps.

You can unsuspend your account from the account panel for the first two resource suspensions. Only on the third will you need to open a thread here for unsuspension.
