i am trying to use cpannel from school through proxyand get the following error:

proxy is working fine can look at all other pages

Try stoli.x10hosting.com:2082; I'm gunna bet that since the error is indeed coming from the proxy, that it would also have to do with it being an HTTPS (Secure) site. Can't be secure if there's a middle-man (the proxy).
