I apologise has tried all combinations of access rights not that has not exchanged only the error code changed.
Whether you can check up.
I think that at script loading through FTP could remove or move what that a file or a folder therefore and the error has gone.
Zaranie thanks.

Re: I apologise has tried all combinations of access rights not that has not exchange

You're using a script that uses FTP and that script is giving you a permission denied error? Are you using the root FTP user for your account (this user is the same as your CPanel name)? If you're using a non-account-root FTP user, is that user's home directory lower in the tree than the folder you uploading to?

For example, if you're uploading to /home/USER/public_html/some_folder and your user's home directory is /home/USER/public_html/other_folder the user will not have permissions to upload files. But, if the user's home directory is /home/USER/public_html that user will have permission.

If that fails to fix the problem, you might have to check your folder permissions. Temporarily changing them to 6-- or 7-- should fix the problem. FTP users have the same permission levels as your CPanel user, so changing the last two number has no effect. Permissions are changed through CPanel -> File manager -> Change Permissions
