Installing Claroline LMS is not completed. The installer found magic_quotes_gpc off.
Trying to install a .htaccess php_value magic_quotes_gpc 1 is not satisfied.
Then the account is locked. There is a message about hacked script.
The script downloaded http://ignum.dl.sourceforge.net/project/claroline/Claroline/Claroline% 201.9.2/claroline192.zip
I beg to restore the account.
P.S. Can I also install LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) server?

Your account was found to have a paying script hacked so that it's free. That is a nulled script. It's a ZT suspension, thus a permanent one. As for the LDAP server, you must have a VPS to install it.
