I bought a domain and it's suspended?!

Hi, i bought a domain off someone today, becuase they said it was no good to them anymore, and it was a domain i wanted for a while, but i go to see if it's hosting had been whiped out so i could link it to x10, but it's been suspended?!

I put my cPanel user there and it said that hasn't been suspended, so why can't i use my new domain?

To use a domain, you'd have to set it to point to your account. By either setting it as a Parked or Add-On domain and having the other ( former ) owner of it removing it from their account.

He said their cPanel was terminated so he cant access it anymore, let alone he is only on when he works, which now that he is un-employed ( reason he was selling me the domain ) Calling him wont help becuase once again, he cant acces his account becuase he said the cpanel and forum had ro be linked, and no cPanel means no link.

To have your domain (that you purchased) pointing to your x10hosted account you must do the following.

1) Go to the domain registrar (where he bought the domain) and have the nameservers pointing to
ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com

2) Log into your cPanel and add that domain as a parked domain. Doing this will allow your site to continue to work until the new domain has propagated to point at x10hosting.com servers.

Make sure you have access to the domain registrar.

Also what is the domain name url in question?
