First change the name servers in that domains control panel on godaddy to

ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then in your account management panel here on x10 go to your personal details and tick the box that says something like "I am using my owndomain"

Enter your domain there.

Then simply wait about 12-24 hours and it should work.

1. Point the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com
2. Wait for nameservers to update ( can take 24-72 hrs depending on servers )
3. You can then change your domain in the Account Management Panel, or set your domain as an Add-on in Cpanel.

i try doing it but now it says name is unavailable and i cant continue.

What did you try doing? I went to your website address, and its currently parked at godaddy, which means the nameservers haven't been updated to point to x10.

I'm Senior staff and the info I have shows a domain name as your listed domain. ( I will not post it here, because the name is quite inappropriate ) ... so, when I clicked on it to bring up the website, it shows godaddy and says the domain is currently parked there.

If you just changed the nameservers, as stated above ... you will need to give it time to update the nameservers. The site still points to godaddy, so it just shows the nameservers have yet to update.

Once they update, then try adding the domain name.

We staff have all the information on all accounts hosted by x10hosting. That is our job to know. :)
