I can´t unsuspend my account for inactivity

Well, the thread title is pretty explanatory.

Account Suspended

Date − 2013-12-17 19:47:36
Reason − You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you sign into the x10hosting website at least once every month to keep your account active. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately from our website.
Good news! You may remove this suspension yourself, immediately. REMOVE SUSPENSION

I click the "remove suspension" button, page reloads, nothing happen. Tried in Firefox, Chromium and Internet Explorer, all of them up to date.
What can I do?
