i was trying to acces my cpanel to use my hosting but is not working...what can i do>>??:dunno:

What issues do you have? Can you give us a bit more information to work off of?

Is your password wrong? Does it say your account is suspended?

my computer was down so i couldnt use the account when u approved it...so know im trying to go to cpanel and its not doing nothin...im putting the same info u sent me in the email confirmation at the time u created my account

i dontt know if it suspended or what?

Because you have been so long without logging into your site (Have you logged in to cPanel before?) it has most probably been terminated.

Edit: Your account still exists. I'll leave it to an Account Manager to help you further (Maybe reset your password because cPanel isn't sending emails at the mo).

OK, thanx...... ill be waiting to check my email to see a response cause i really need the hosting to test a very big project

Try logging on to FTP with that username and your new password. For some reason, whenever i change my password, it doesn't work until I've logged into FTP with it. I'm not saying it WILL work, but it might.
