I can not log on to cpanel.

I can't logon to my cpanel. the error of "Login Attempt Failed!
" will occur (but actually username and password are correct), then it automatically goes to advertisement page.
But sometimes, I click return in advertisement page, I can enter into my cpanel.
why?
I still can not do anything in my cpanel page, because I will be forwarded to logon page again when I click any link.
Could you tell me what happened to my cpanel?
It's so annoying.

You can't login to cPanel, as your account with domain: http://jeff.x10Hosting.com/ is suspended.
