i can not open my CPanel acc and the webmail too

i go to this site https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
and i type the accc abd the pass and they say Login Attempt Failed!
i dint change mt pass and the acc name
this i have the problem when they change to fris when i have absolut it gd now bad
and noe i publish my she its ok but when i see my site in the web error see : http://tonyjabbour.pcriot.com/GAMES BY ITS YOUR SITE.html

way this go on me i need help and the webmaster the same
i need help fast
and ty to some body help me
