I can not see my Site

Just today i realize, after upload some of my applications updates, that this is happening:

Some timers this:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Some times this:
El servidor en gapp.x10hosting.com está tomando demasiado tiempo para responder.
(Server is taking so long to respond)

I check my permissions, but i think they are rigth....

my account is in: https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083
my account: gapp.x10hosting.com
my username: germana5

Please need urgent some help.....
