I can not send or receive email.

When i try to send an email from my inbox i get this error:

ERROR:
Service not available, closing channel
Server replied: 421 Unexpected log failure, please try later

I dont receive and I can not send email.

Do i have to set up anything?

Also when a user registers in my site i can not send a confirmation email. it say semail sent but it is never sent
