I can\\\'t confirm my email adress to activate my hosting account

I signed up for a hosting acount at x10hosting, received the email with the activation code, but when I try activating it it doesn\\\'t work. It says \\\"This email is already in use (suport)\\\", but when I click on \\\"HOSTING\\\" it tells me I have no hosting accounts!
