i can t enter my site

right now i m getting the error below what should i do? i just installed a package on my smf forum...what s wrong?

Check file permissions. Make sure they are 0644 (0666 or 0777 will cause that error).

If that doesn't work, check any .htaccess file and make sure you have

RewriteBase /

at the top.
