i can`t login my account

hi, guys well
i create a account with this subdomain lospadrinosmagicos.x10hosting.com
but i can`t login in my cpanel.
in the mail they sent this link http://lospadrinosmagicos.x10Hosting.co:2082 & http://lospadrinosmagicos.x10Hosting.co/cpanel
it does not work.

Check ur spelling, you missed a "m" on the end of .com:2082

Also your account doesnt exist, could i have your cpanel username, and package you appyed for.

Ok, my username is: linkterr
and y choose : advanced ,free host plan
subdomain: lospadrinosmagicos.x10hosting.com

That account doesn't appear to be in our database; did you actually receive an email saying your account had been activated/created?

Yes i receive two mails signup confirmation and the created account "lospadrinosmagicos@yahoo.es". also and i saw my username and subdomian in the lottery system winners panel, yesterday or before yesterday.

please check this problem.
