I cannot access my main domain (schin.pcriot.com) from Windows XP File Manager | My Network Places | schin.pcriot.com. When I typed User Name and Password, the User Name and Password window opens again repeatedly. Is this the correct way to access my main domain? I cannot find File Manager in the cPanel web site. I forgot how to use since I have updated my domain website last year.

Thank you for replying. Well, then, what is the correct cPanel web address?

Why is my cPanel Username and Password failed when I typed to access cPanel? I know that cPanel usename and Forum username are different. I entered cPanel username. When I check my account information at http://x10hosting.com/control, mine is not suspended.
