I cannot enter my Web

Hello, I request excuses by my english bad one. I am Spanish.
Pardon if this does not go writing here.
My problem is that I cannot enter my Web, neither in my account FTP nor in the CPanel.

That it has happened? They have expelled to me?

My site was: www.zeroxdesign.x10hosting.com
My user in the FTP account was: zeroxdes

My excuses not to put it in the correct site.
Everything returns to normality, but I follow without being able to enter my account FTP. I introduce my name and my password correctly but does not give access me.

could you PM me your account info, username/pass and i will check this for you (i could get into your cpanel but i wouldnt know your user and pass so i cant see what is wrong

if it is the password i will re-post here and send you a PM with your "reset" password and you can use that, then change it once you login to cpanel

But the problem seems that it was fixed, today I have been able to enter the FTP account. Thanks and a greeting.
