I cannot log into my cpanel

Hello, I can log in at forum but I cannot log into my cpnel and my web address while I'm using the same user name and password with my forum user name and password. Before I can log in successfully without problem, but now it cannot be anymore.

May I ask how to retrieve my login cpanel and php admin?

Do you remember when you lost time logged into forums. Most probably your hosting account is terminated because of inactivity.

You should be logging into forums atleast every 30days.
Previously it was 14days.

Hi dan295,

Please make sure you are logging in with cPanel username dan295. Take note that it is case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, you can change it at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd. Post back if you are still having difficulty logging in.
