I have a slight issue.
I purchased a "double everything" upgrade for a previous site with x10hosting. That site is no longer active. I wish to have the upgrade applied to my current site. My understanding is that this can only be done with an actual support ticket. However, I cannot seem to open a support ticket; the "submit a ticket" button redirects me back to these forums!
