I cannot unsuspend myself, and keep getting error restoring.

Here is the suspension message I got:
You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.


So, I am supposed to unsuspend myself as soon as I log in to the forums or request removing suspension, right?
But I keep getting errors un-suspending myself. My state is pending, and when I view details, it shows errors and resubmitting doesn't work.
Please remove my suspension.
