I can't access cPanel - Site can't be reached

I can't get in to cPanel, ftp also shows "Could not connect to server." Please assist.

I found your IP to be blocked in the firewall due to failed login attempts in DirectAdmin.

I have unblocked your IP.

Thanks Anna, however I still get the same error. I tried also accessing it with another browser (Safari) and cPanel doesn't load. Is there anything I need to do?
