i cant access cpanel

everytime i try to login through https://xo6.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?user=denisx10 i get login is invalid i even resetted my password but to no avail.
https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login gives an error when i try to login through it also

You should always be logging in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login -- logging in directly to cPanel is not supported.

I have manually initiated a password reset to the email address associated with your account.
