I can't access installation folder

I've uploaded a chat room system to my hosting, but I can't acces to the installation file (index.php).

mysite.x10.mx/chatroomsoftware/install/index.php

Folder and subfolder have proper permissions (777), what to do?

Chatroom programs are not allowed on x10hosting servers.

From the TOS:

# Shoutbox\Chat Scripts Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.
