I have been tryng to access my website control panel and website for the last one weel but all in vain. Whenever I key in the url, I get an error messages below:

The server at lotus.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

To my surprise, I am able to access the website from my mobile phone brouser.
What could be the problem?
