i cant access my cpanel account

it was two weeks ago when my account was suspended ...since it was unsuspended i cant access my Cpanel account ...

i tried proxy by pass but all i got is

Not Found

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.39 Server at blinked.exofire.net Port 80 ################################################################# i cant even access my ftp account please help i need to update my site

Hi for me 2 your site is only accessible using a proxy. i presume you're hosted on stoli. Let's wait until Corey solves this problem.
