Which cPanel link you are using?

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.

Thanks for your help but I am doing the same after clicking on view details I am getting my account details page having one "login to cpanel" button when I am clicking on that then it gives me following error.

Thanks it's work but my username and password is not working how can I make it update. I am trying with my hosting username and password. but it is giving me massage that it is wrond.

Try this URL actually I didn't realize that the IP already updated to the new DC: http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/ and http://mahicreation.pcriot.com:2082/


If that doesn't work try this:

Go to the account panel go to the top bar hover over "Hosting" and click on "Update Password"
