I cant access my site

and it cant find the page does anyone know why?
i have a index.htm page and it was working before.
The administrator has recently upgraded my PHP to version 2.

The server is having issues, so it will not work until that http and dns is a green light and says Online.

I'm sure Cory and the tech staff are doing all they can to get this problem fixed as fast as possible. I'm a new member here, but I can say that this is the first long down time we've had.
