I can't access to my control panel, neither to the webmail

When I pick the icon to access the control panel there is a message asking me to my user and password.
I put this things the same that I put to access to the sistem but ther is a message worng user name or password. ¿What happend?

Try resetting your password from the account management panel. It should solve the issue.
