I can't access to my cPanel

Hello,

I'm trying to access to my cPanel (https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) and always returns a timeout. Also, My website penyapedrosa.co.cc does not works.

Can you tell me what is happening and how to solve it?

Those load fine for me.
Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

I tried it but the results are the same. My DNS's are resolving the IP address of my domain name as:

Name: penyapedrosa.co.cc
Address: 69.175.122.178

But if I try to access my web site there aren't results.

I also tried to telnet to TCP port 80 of penyapedrosa.co.cc and it returns a timeout.

I also can't access to CPANEL...

Hi,

I continue with the same problem...

I have seen in the forum that there are a lot of people with the same problem... Maybe is possible that these web sites are unaccessible from specific countries?

I don't know why, but if I try to access from my local internet provider I can't access to these sites but if i try it with a proxy server in other country then I don't have any problem... Everyone know why?
