cPanel's login loaded up fine for me. Are you having problems logging in, or accessing the login screen? Error message? Note that your username and pass is your hosting account pass, not your forum username and password.

I've got the same problem...I can't access cPanel...the green light is on...but it when you actually go to it...it acts like it's not there.

Edit: Everything is fine for me now...
