I can't activate my account

When I go to the URL it says
"An account already exists in the signup queue with the username specified. Please attempt to signup again." And I know this isn't the place, but it says I don't have access to post it in the help forum.:dunno:
Does anyone know how to fix this? It won't let me resign-up either.

that means you've clicked on the link more than once... after the first time you'll get that message

But.....then how do I access the page where I can edit my webpage? It just says a little thing about how if you hadn't got your activation e-mail, then click here to resend it.

you're in a wait queue... you'll get another e-mail once your account is ready to use...
