I can't connect to cPanel.

Hi.

I cannot connect to cPanel using my soucyenregistrement@live.com acount.

I am able to connect to acount over view but when I click on ''Login to cPanel'' this is redirect me to a login page saying ''Login Attempt Failed!''

Can you send me the answer my request to guillaumesoucy@hotmail.ca because its the adress I use every day.

The problem begin about 2 to 3 week later.

Can you reset your password using this:
https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&password
and then try again with cpanel and ftp, make sure you use soucy3 as the username.
