I cant do anything, please help ?

I logged in today , and i could not do anything with my new website , i only joined like 2 days ago , is there somthing wrong ? . i did read that notice about the servers having difficulties. do i have to pay now ( or somthing like that ? ). I am on the ad-free plan, please help ... :happysad:

Welcome to x10.

First, its really hard to know what you mean by "Can't do anything". Are you having trouble logging into Cpanel or your Account panel? Are you having trouble accessing FTP or your file manager?

Free users are never required to pay for hosting. If you'd like to pay, we do have paid hosting features to look over, if you are interested.
