i cant enter my cpanel

i use the link form the email x10hosting sent me and i use the pw and username and it doesent work

Please try this url using all "lowercase" letters for cPanel user name. http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

If that does not work i can reset your password and send you the new one via private message.
