Hi proelium,

Please make sure that you are using cPanel username:

proelium

And make sure that you are logging in to the cPanel URL provided above. All cPanel usernames are case sensitive, so if you added any capital letters in there while logging in, it will not work. Also, trying to log in to a different server's cPanel will not work.
