I cant get in!

With my site i cant get into this section

as it comes up with this

and it says it doesnt exist and i used my forum account and my account 1 so i would appreciate it if any1 could i help and i have just registered if that helps

Yes, I have noticed this.

But I thing that is really not a error but jsut that the URL should be...

http://x10hosting.com/login

...instead of the http://x10hosting.com/account.

I always use http://x10hosting.com/login to to check my account details.

Hope this helps and may be the x10support team with change the URL to /login from /account at the places where then have mentioned the latter.

Spudals I can't find your account in our tools. Are you sure you signed up with spudals?

Also have you followed the activation e-mail when you created your account?

I am having the exact same problem. Any help? I never recieved a conf email for my hosting account, i've been trying for 4-5 days now, ugh.

My forum name and hosting name are identical. When signing up you are required to set up a forum username, and i got that set up, but the system never proceded from there. I CAN log in, but it asks me link like spudals. But it says invalid username as well? I've read many, many problems with this since i've signed up. Is there something wrong with the system currently??

Okay, once i got in i realized i put 1 wrong letter in my email. i changed it to the correct email (in the change account) section, but now it says my account is waiting on some sort of verification/que. Any info? Thank You!
