I can't get into my cpanel

MY PASSWORD IS NOT WORKING IN THE CPANEL SIGN ON SCREEN. I CAN GET TO MY ACCOUNT BUT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RESET OR FIX MY CPANEL INFO, AS IT IS DIFFERENT THAN MY ACCOUNT SIGN IN INFO. THERE IS NO LINK TO THE CPANEL FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WAS USING THIS LINK TO GO TO THE CPANEL http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/...e/fbcil/public_html&post_login=52178715062060 NOW I HAVE A WEB PAGE I CAN NOT UPDATE. WHY NO LINK TO THE CPANEL STUFF FROM MY ACCOUNT SCREEN. MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AND WHY IS MY SIGN ON FOR CPANEL NOT WORKING. CPANEL SIGN ON WAS USERNAME:fbcil PASSWORD:***removed*** I WAS USING THIS REGULARLY AND NOW I CAN'T WORK ON MY WEB SITE. HELP PLEASE!!!!!
