I can't log in.

I'll start by saying I probably have multiple accounts, but I'm not sure if I'm really breaking the rules. Allow me to explain.

I have the accounts, but the url says available, and I can't log in to my x10 account panel because it asks me to link my forum account, which I've done a million times. So I figured it was just destroyed or something was wrong, I believe the account was called magoolachub. So I've made a new account called magen and use magen.x10hosting.com, I can log in to my cPanel, but not x10, as it says user name does not exist. I'm really not sure what to do, if I've broken any rules, I'm sorry, butI did not think I would be if I could basically not touch them, it seemed to me as if they were almost. nonexistent.

Can someone help me please?

First off when did you attempt to create these accounts? The account creations have been on hold for awhile while we have done some major upgrades.

As far as having multiple accounts. Yes it's a violations of the Terms of Service. Which by the sounds you failed to read. So my suggestion would go back and read them again.
