I can't log on sucessfully neither to my account or support to send a ticket

When I try to access my account I get

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue


I tried to contact support but even there when I log in nothing happens, it says I have succesfuly logged in but that's it. It acts as though I have not logged in at all and asks me to log in again.

Only forums work -.-

I don't have a backup of the site which is a big problem. I NEED to access my files on the server.
Anyone know what I should do?

Thank you Farenvin, good to know someone around here reads.
Anyway, after many attempts I managed to successfully log in to the support and send a ticket, hallelujah!
Now I'm waiting for the solution, I am moving the site to a paid hosting server and the only back up of the database is on this server which I can't access atm. (people are already nagging me that my site doesn't work :p)

P.S. totally off topic but I am a she not a he ;P though the mistake is only natural judging from my username and lack of avatar.
