I can't log onto my cpanel !!

I can't log onto my cpanel (http://jeff.x10hosting.com:2082).
it's so wield, I logged onto cpanel several times before.
Do I really forget my username and password? I doubt about that.
but I can log onto my account (http://x10hosting.com/account)
since I can't log onto my cpanel,I can't link my acount with forum account.
And my website is still suspended.
I am nervous to death.
please help me!!!!!!!

You can't login to your cPanel when you are suspended. I suggest you resolve your suspension before posting for support.
