I am not able to login my hosting account ctjournal.x10.mx kindly do the necessary action on the same.

Your domain ctjournal.x10.mx is linked to forum account madheswaran and not madhes2. So login to account panel with correct details and try updating your Cpanel Password.Then try to login to Cpanel
